I am afraid that the South African government might commence investigation on contracts awarded if they discover this over-invoice payment they will probe and confiscate all my assets both home and abroad.This will definitely affect my political career in government.
I crave your indulgence business wise to stand as the beneficiary of this sum,so that i can front you to the private Securities and finance Company where the fund is presently deposited.For your assistance am willing to offer you the sum of US$3.2M (Three Million,Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars Only) to bring this transaction to a successful conclusion.
As soon as the transaction is successfully completed you will transfer the total sum into your personal account in your country or any where in the world for investment and other profitable businesses on my behalf.
